2、 Reference value for production capacity of aluminum extrusion machine
If the selection of 6063 alloy profile products is based on a maximum outer circle diameter of 123mm and an annual production capacity of 3000 tons, then choosing an 800T or 1000T aluminum profile extruder can meet the requirement of an annual production capacity of 3000 tons. Finally, it is necessary to verify and confirm using specific pressure and extrusion forming pressure. The so-called specific pressure refers to the unit pressure acting on the compression pad. The minimum unit extrusion pressure required for pure aluminum extrusion forming during forward extrusion is 100-150MPa. For ordinary aluminum alloy types, the bar pressure is 200-400MPa, and for hollow aluminum alloy profiles and wall panel profiles, the pressure is 450-1000MPa. The extrusion force of the reverse extruder is reduced by 30% to 40% compared to the forward extruder.
